ELINT (Electronic Intelligence)
ELINT (Electronic Intelligence) is a sub-area of SIGINT and deals with the collection and analysis of electronic signals that are not used for communication – such as those from radars, weapon systems or sensors. The aim is to identify and evaluate the technical characteristics, locations and deployment patterns of these systems. ELINT thus provides important information about the capabilities and activities of potential adversaries in the electromagnetic spectrum.
ELINT captures and analyses even complex radar signals – for a more accurate situational picture and faster decision-making. Find out how modern PLATH solutions reliably detect even hard-to-detect emissions and make them easy to analyse.
